Annotation on Electoral Register 1947

Hi , I have looked at an entry on Electoral Register in London. After name it has (AZAA/127/4) does anyone know what this means. Many thanks

My guess would be that this is the individual's voter number as allocated by the Registration Officer, signifying the District, Ward etc. AZA denotes the Woolwich District, the next A the Ward, and 127/4 is either the individual's number or the residence (127) and then the fourth individual registered at that property.
