Joseph and Eleanor Miller

I am trying to find Joseph and Eleanor Miller.

Two children baptised to this couple at St Andrews at Plymouth Devon.

Joseph Miller bap 13 Feb 1807 at St Andrews
John Miller bap 8 Feb 1809 at St Andrews

Joseph Miller bap 1807 joined the 85 Foot regiment  22 February 1821 and his record can be found on FindMyPast.

I can find nothing on John bap 1809.

Can anyone see a marriage record for Joseph and Eleanor or other children or deaths?

Possible burial for Eleanor 11.3.1819 st Andrews age 50 of Plymouth Dock.
It looks like John joined the Merchant Navy
