Ancestry Mobile Services Problem

Hi folks,

Sometime I use the Ancestry apps on both iPhone & iPad, usually to check for new DNA matches. For more than a week when trying to apply the coloured dots to matches, I get an on screen message saying 'Ancestry mobile services encountered a problem. Please try again later.'
There doesn't seem to be any problem attaching the dots when done on the website version.

Just wondered if anyone had encountered this and had resolved the issue, before I approach Ancestry. The apps are updated to the latest version and Apple software is also the latest version.
