Barbara Burt. Norton. Will dated 1794.
« on: Wednesday 21 June 23 11:52 BST (UK) »
Wondering if any forum members can help. I have come across a reference to a will of Barbara Burt from Norton, dated 1794. May have been her surname from birth or a married name.
As I am now somewhat disabled I find it difficult to get to the WS Record's Office.  Wondering if anyone could help with info.
My Burt grandfathers (and Greats) had strong connections to the village and there was also another Burt family in the village which I am struggling to tie to my tree, but suspect that there was a connection as they lived 3 doors away and at one time lived in a relative's house. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

It’s here.

But clicking through gets you to…

If the original will can't be accessed, there's probably a register copy that can be. I suggest you contact the record office and ask them to advise. This sort of general enquiry is normally answered free of charge.
