Montgomeryshire Express

I would like to look at the 1882 volume of the Montgomeryshire Express newspaper. I sought it at Newtown Library, but was informed it is missing, but that it should be there. It was listed in the index books.

It seems the National Library of Wales don't have 1882 either; and it's not really clear what the British Library has for that year.

Does anyone know of the status for the 1882 volume? I seem to remember there is a good site that overviews all the available holdings.

The newspaper is on line at FindMyPast and British Newspaper Archive - however, neither has 1881-1882.
It appears after installing a new printing machine problems cropped up. In 1881 they had to approach the Oswestry Advertiser to ask them to print half of the Montgomeryshire Express as they were experiencing equipment faults with their own machinery.
