per the record attached by jonw65

I don't know if it is Sarah West/Cole.
It might be if she only had 4 children still living in 1911, and had not understood the question.

I think it's been crossed out because she was a widow (she shouldn't have put down anything)

Yes, that’s what I thought had happened re the crossing out, Jon.
Perhaps we should check the surviving children in 1911?

I have full and complete census data on all the children that I've ever found on a census with William Ebenezer Cole and Sarah Ann West.

Sarah's not with her children - until the 1921 census.

It doesn't look as if she wrote out the form in 1911 herself.
But who originally signed it?
Is that really the signature of Sarah Cole (in pencil?) next to the crossed out one?

Sarah West marked on her marriage to William Cole. But it was a long way back (1857) and William marked as well.

no unambiguous Death, nothing.

Dependent on the exact date of the burial in 1923, maybe
March 1923 Edmonton 3a 572
Cole, Sarah
Age 87
