Nearly July yippee counting days to see man of my dreams .

Oh and the owl came back last night and the dawn chorus is out today

Quite a day today ..

I've not felt good since collapsing and losing consciousness at fete

Ambulance was called and cancelled
When sis came
I went to her house rather than A + E

I rested all the next day and had only water and peanuts  ON DICTOPHONE
Hot anxious I managed to get a phone appointment that doctor was reassuring and was lovely

SIad phone tomorrow morning to get an appointment which I assume would be the next day and whnt receptionist said next Thursday

I said' but I lost consciousness & wet myself &vomited .no the doctor hasn't PUT on the notes so today I ended up with a panic attack and going to the chemist because I thought my blood pressure machine wasn't working

chemist TOLD ME TO TAXI TO he wsaid why didn't the phone doctor book you in and she said yes you do need to get your blood stun as soon as possible but I still got to wait till Thursday's appointment so it's some you know I'm okay but last night I didn't sleep very much so of course I felt woozy I want to feel woozy and I don't know if it's sleep or head
SORRY CANT CORRECT

GOIing back sleep now
Tues will be better

Cousin found this drawing by my late aunt Sylvia of sister . hazel

Hazel was always said to resemble the Young
Queen Elizabeth
& Her daughter looks like Helen MIRREN

Who also has Latvian Jewish heritage originally MIROVA?

Can you see hints of either or any other famous person.? I wonder why Mona Lisa is written underneath .

Bridged, sorry you haven't been do good,  do you think it was heat?, I was on a coach trip Saturday and one woman sitting near me wasnt we'll at all, was ok on the outward journey but return wasn't,  she had been in the sun all day,  just a thought.

Chilly today,   most welcome but if it is like yesterday it warmed up as the day went on.

Rena, hope your family make the  right decisions

Hope everyone else is coping  with the weather, hot, cold, or indifferent

Mobile 'phone reception just here is very unreliable, won't abandon landline until "they" claw it from my resisting hands. (Besides, I can never recall either of our mobile numbers!! Or, usually, work out which handbag / jacket/ car I've left mine in)

Louisa

I have a condition called vasal ,*vagal syncope
According to turning table docs in Leicester I'm their fastest fainter they d seen so far

Which is weird cos I get lots of warning and spots in front of my eyes and feel myself going white

Preventative daily measures are to stay hydrated.eat salty food and have a  lot of water + a salty snack before attempting to get up from bed

Bending reaching head turning and fast movements have to be avoided.

Lots of people have condition and don't know
Common traits  can be squeemishness
+ Getting hungry every few hours

Sunday I was late to my friends bookstall set up. Even tho there was a grandson I did move a few bags + did the no no of lifting .

I felt dizzy cos I'd only had bite of bread before leaving .

Went to the church to get glass of water for us
Spotted the presence of a medic.

When the  fete officially opened followed by cafe it was after 10.45
I plumped for a healthy but lethal combination of extra dark best in Leicester soya based non dairy hot choc + a new on menu cheese scone which I was surprised to discover contained onion (doesn't like me }!and was served with sweet chilli sauce

Went back on stall felt peculiar drank the other cup of water + told friend I'd go for nap and come back to relieve her for a teabreak

Headed home was approached by someone ..maybe askingway who said are you ok
I said " I'm going to faint but there's a medic at that church ." His arm in mine didn't stop me going on knees. Grazed one .
Another young man seeing that came on my other side . They stood me up to walk me nearer I should have left me down

Next thing I know I was sitting at entrance hall paramed next to me + someone phoning ambulance 🚑

I realized my dress was wet down one side
I d vomitted .
the medic was worried about it ... because he'd thought I was coughing up blood ..I knew it was the hot choc .

That's part 1 of the saga

Part 3 is the stress and panic and sheer confusion about why I didn't get seen next day
I did get a phone appointment booked that was on the Tuesday+ doc told me to ring surgery+ get appointment
There wasn't 1 til the next Thursday ..I'd today

I've been checking blood pressure and went to chemist to get a more professional reading .
But was having panic attack when I arrived

Reassuring that a friend was coming to meet me and walk me back from chemist .yet another young man !

Chemist ( lovely lady ) said bp was normal but I wasn't and should get a taxi to walk in clinic
So Nuno who had come specifically on his day off from 12 hour shifts ...didn't get to see me for a proper chat .

That doc/nurse was empathetic + reassuring that anyone with as much going on would have been stressed.also wondered why the phone doc hadn't made spot himself

Heat .bad food .allergic to something l.lacknof sleep or even COVID ( not had it yet )  or some combinations could be cause .I'm going to have blood tests done .

Lots of scarey theories for subsequent woodiness loss of words + memory .

Thinking I could have ....or ....is not reducing stress level

laughter + TLC + food + baths is helping

& Major triumph at DWP of getting an appointment at the job centre altered to a phone appointment on Friday morning 🌅

Hi Brigid
I’ve not heard of vasal back syncope. My daughters both have pots - postural orthostatic tachycardia syncope. Both are well monitored by themselves and haven’t needed to see a doctor for over ten years. They drink a LOT of water . Makes for an interesting conversation with travel insurance firms as it’s a declarable medical pre existing condition , but youngest did find one insurance company that had heard of it! If anyone’s interested, then you can Google if you want to find out more about it. I suspect my mother had it too, but it wasn’t named back then.

You are kind Rosie  but I fiddled about and finally cancelled it,  it had gone up in price to almost 3 times the amount,  as I also sub 2 others I decided I really can't do it., time will tell if I have made a mistake but I am not unduly worried,

Many thank Rosie

I am glad that you were able to sort it out.  I have never had a My Heritage sub, like you I do have the other two though.

Did you go on the RHDR when you went to Hythe,  It is something I would love to do again.  When we stayed at Littlestone as children it was something we did regularly.
