William McCulloch senior?

13 December 1859, Morning Herald (London)
Quote
NEW COURT.
(Before the COMMON SERJEANT.)
William Thomas Hopkins was indicted for stealing two bottles of oil of cloves. the property of William M'Culloch and another, his masters.

Mr. W. Cooper prosecuted, and Mr. Ribton defended.

The prosecutors are druggists in Bishopsgate-street, and the prisoner was in their employment. Some suspicions being entertained of his honesty a watch was set upon him, and he was seen to place a bottle of the oil in question upon a shelf, from whence he was about to take it away.

The Jury returned a verdict of Not Guilty.

Using GRO Index William McCulloch the younger who died 1858 was 44 years old so born circa 1814

Not all baptisms are on line, but so far we know his father was in London by March of 1816 for daughter Ann, so William his son could have been born in Yorkshire or we just haven't found his records yet.
