I can see a transcript of a marriage between a William Gallaway and a Sarah Killow that took place on 1 December 1831 in Seagoe Church of Ireland parish, no other information is in the record (which isn't unusual for the era).

Just to note as possible siblings of Mary Ann Galway...  I can see transcripts of baptisms in Seagoe Church of Ireland parish for children of a William and Sarah Galway (no maiden name mentioned for Sarah): Margaret 1833 (address = Tarsan); Elizabeth 1835 (address = Tarsan); Benjamin 1838 (address = Tarsan); William 1840 (address = Tarsan); Jane 1846 (address = Drumnagoon); William John 1851 (address = Tarsan). I haven't yet found a Mary Ann but as you can see, there are gaps where she could have been born / baptised, so for now, just to post this as a possibility until it can be ruled in or out.

BTW, Tarsan and Drumnagoon are neighbouring townlands in Seagoe Civil Parish:
