Bit  of good news, our grandaughter arrived  on our  doorstep a short while ago, she made a mistake with her flight and so they decided  not to tell us, what a lovely  surprise looking as brown as a berry and had a fantastic time, was  nice to see her and relief she is home safely.
I left my phone at home when I went to help clear the churchyard so missed a call asking  if I was in .
One less worry

Pieces of wood nailed together cannot draw.

The wooden dresser is known as a "chest of drawers", or depending on stylel a "tallboy" in the UK. No matter what the American Google experts think.

In defence of Google, if you enter "chest-of-draws" as a search term, all results come back as "chest-of-drawers"!.

Does it reallyy matter when youngsters spell they way they want to, think of the  lol and all that, half of which I don't understand  but I can spell as good as anyone else, no criticism to anyone , just my opinion.  LM

Apologies, but I think that youngsters should be taught the correct way to spell (for their particular country) - and also to correct their misinterpretations.

It is also fairly obvious that some do not take notice of the "red underscoring" of mistakes!  :-X

I agree but I don't think spelling is so important as when I was young, I remember when I was about 10  getting  10 out of 10 for spelling, the only one in the  class who could spell " enough"

A question - "why is correct spelling not as important as when we were young?"

I'm currently 81, and left school back in 1959.
