So of course I Googled it. Here is a description of the card from Ernesto to Raul, along with the picture on the front.

From 1921 to 1923 they were building a hydroelectric plant at Maitenes, if I have the right one(1).

So maybe "treasure awaits you" was Ernesto's invitation to Raul to join him in working at the site.
I wonder if Ernesto is the man on horseback in the picture.
