Thanks for clarifying. Is this a common practice to not include a Christian name? Is there a way to discover the name?

In my experience, Christian names are usually recorded on baptisms.
Where there is no name, it could be that the child was not named because it was not expected to live long; or it was named at a later date; or the church cleric writing the record couldn't remember the name.
It is not really possible to know in this case, and I am certainly not an expert in this area.
