Could "Rhoda" have had a a different name?:

LOTERY : BERNSTEIN – On Feb 4, 1942, in Cairo,
Pilot Officer Arthur M LOTERY, R.A.F. younger son
of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Lotery, to Rouhama, daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. Bernstein, of Tel Aviv, Palestine.

=> aka Ruchama, born in Israel and daughter of Alter BERNSTEIN and Tova (GOLDMAN?) according to:

Update:
Alter and Tova BERNSTEIN in 1956:

Rouhama/Ruhama is a Hebrew girls' name. Perhaps that was her family name and she was known as Rachel outside the family.
