Looks like the likely houses are in Area 3 (see map at end
Maybe the ones referred to as unlisted miners terracing - para 4.4.2
Berks / Oxon: Eltham, Annetts, Wiltshire (surname not county), Hawkins, Pembroke, Partridge
Dorset / Hants: Derham, Stride, Purkiss, Sibley
Yorkshire: Pottage, Carr, Blackburn, Depledge
Sussex: Goodyer, Christopher, Trevatt
Lanark: Scott (soldier went to Jersey CI)
Jersey: Fowler, Huelin, Scott

And this is number 19 on the main road, behind the lamppost, numbers 18 and 20 visible.

I have found the same family at number 21 Council Houses in 1921 and number 21 West Hill Gardens in 1939 when West Hill gardens considerably expanded as I am finding addresses with house numbers in the 60s. This in addition to one family at no 18 CH in 1921 and no 18 WHG in 1939.

This group seem to fit so well with size and number of houses. Later houses in development are semis and short terraces, so would be larger

The first newspaper hit that I found for "Alder Terrace Radstock" is in 1936.
