Denied access to network
« on: Sunday 16 July 23 11:36 BST (UK) »
Since last night my husbands phone can't connect to the internet.
It says access denied with a padlock on the Wifi code.
All other devices work fine.,
It's a Huawei.
I found this page but am reluctant to do it as it seems quite complicated to me.
Any advice please.

Have you tried restarting the router?

I’m glad to hear that it worked…or maybe it was just a coincidence, and taking the phone out of range was the fix.
