From Fasti Ecclesiae Scoticanae, Parish of Duthil.

John Grant, born 1742; licensed by the Presbytery of Abernethy and ordained 4th January 1774; admitted to Arrochar 26th June 1776; translated to Kirkmichael 10th March 1780; presented by Sir James Grant of Grant in June, translated and admitted 27th Sept 1809; died 1st July 1819. He married 4th October 1780 Clementina Cruickshank and had issue - Georgiana.

FES didn't get it quite right. There's a baptism of Charlotte, daughter of Mr John Grant minister and Clementina Crookshank, in Kirkmichael on 16 July 1782.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
