There are baptisms at Brinklow on family search around 1809 but no Rebecca, might be worth looking on Ancestry?

I agree with ColC - there are several baptisms in Brinklow before and after 1809. Only 2 couples seem to have been parents of these Brinklow children.

1. John and Ann.

2. Solomon and Elizabeth.

(needless to say there may be others whom I have missed).

No Rebecca though - I even searched on just 'Reb*' with no surname being baptised in Brinklow - but no results at all.
