What happened to Hannah
« on: Wednesday 19 July 23 21:23 BST (UK) »
In 1841 census Hannah Spencer was living at the parish of St John Bedwardine Worcestershire aged 40 born 1801 with daughter  Eliza Spencer 15 and son John Spencer 12 years

In 1851 census
St Bedwardine Worcestershire
Hannah Spencer 50 Widowed

I’m looking to find out what happened to her after 1851 census. I’m unable to find a death certificate for Hannah Spencer.

A wild guess here

In 1851 she was living  in the Worcester RD & there is a Hannah Spencer death there in 1857

However - GRO  online shows her as 72 - she should only be around 57/58.  Burial record confirms age as 72 & address as Commandry St

Back to the 1851 - only one other Hannah Spencer b 1800/1802 & she was Hannah Mary & was living in a different RD

Alternatively - there are 3 Hannah Spencer marriages between 1851-1861 - have you already checked them out?
