Can I just clarify this please
In the column marked ‘Rank or Profession’ does it have:

spinster
domestic nurse
daughter McGrath
name and trade unknown.

I wonder if that means that as she is a spinster (described as thus) she is a daughter of a McGrath whose name and trade is unknown.

Of course the informant would not know that information and perhaps if she was regarded as a spinster (for whatever reason) she would be described as the daughter of an unknown McGrath.

There is still an undertaking business at 80 Chatsworth Road, except they now seem to be the co-op! Perhaps they have the records of Watford & Taylor?

I don’t  understand  why you think it is Catherine based on the certificate.
In 1911, she is Kate West living in Chelsea.

In 1921 indexes, this seems to be her.
Kate West b 1858, Ireland
Living with Caroline West b 1872 Chelsea plus others.

Kate West 62 yrs. the age is out though.

And the wrong burial?
