Are you sure of the address? Can't see any record of a Burgh Road in Kent.

You can view historical maps of Kent

https://webapps.kent.gov.uk/KCC.HeritageMaps.Web.Sites.Public/Default.aspx

Even search for a road name.  Burgh Road comes up with zero matches in Kent.

The Families of Deal & Walmer website

https://familiesofdealandwalmer.co.uk/about/streets-and-buildings/streets-alleys-courts-roads/street-names-now-then/

has a list of road names that have changed over the years and there is no Burgh Road mentioned. There is the option to contact them They may have some suggestions.....
