How long for copy of entry from Irish GRO?

I would say that's a bad familysearch transcription of Rathanny.

I didn't even think of that! That would be very exciting, as my family came from Rathanny, so maybe this is the right man? I just wish I could see more information! 

I gave up transcribing for them when my transcriptions kept being over-ruled by people with no knowledge of Irish placenames or the Irish language.

It's a shame, as the Irish family history community needs someone with your skills!

I regularly looked at them on a film viewer at a local FHC over 20 years ago. They may be online on Familysearch?  Perhaps someone can comment?

I think that is still the only way, if you click 'Document Information' on the John Sughrue listing it shows Digital Folder Number 007904672, Image Number 00194.
Input 007904672 into their catalogue and takes you to https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/453510 and all indicies and Death register volumes 1864-70 just have a microfilm reel rather than a camera against them.
The red print at the top directs one to Irishgen for images.

UPDATE:

Just received a reply from the GRO with a link for payment; it took 3 weeks to receive the initial reply. Now just got to wait approximately 10 working days for the certificate; fingers crossed it is actually the man for whom I am searching!

SECOND UPDATE:

I just received the certificate! Took less than 24 hours.

Even better, it is the right man! The witness to the death was my great-great-grandfather (there is no doubt about this, as the family farm had a very unique name, which was included as the residence of the informant). Based on the age, I am certain this is his father, i.e. my 3xGG.
