That is looking very certain to be Alfred, especially as he is going to Hamilton.

I have found a HT CLARKE arriving in Halifax on 13 March 1891, who is also bound for Hamilton. He was on the Vancouver. Age fits to be the younger brother who was there first. This was Henry Trevelyan CLARKE.

Percy first arrived in NYC in Nov 1888 on the Gallia. The 1910 US census says arrival in 1885 but have not found him before 1888.

Still inclined to believe the FAULCONER sisters went to NYC first.
