Wow, thank you everyone. 

Johnhood Gladys (Rawlings) Foulds was my Grandmother's sister and yes Annie married her widow after Gladys died.  Oddly though, we have no record of a George Rawlings/Rawlins in the family, as strange coincidence if she was living with them.
