Obituary Detroit 1972 & 1975
« on: Saturday 22 July 23 14:04 BST (UK) »
I'm looking for the obituaries of following couple:
Oscar De Clercq, passed away 16 May 1972 (born 21 October 1899)
and his wife Eliza De Clercq, passed away 11 February 1975 (born 14 June 1890).
Both died in Detroit. I'm not looking for other information (birth, marriage, etc...) because I've got all I need.
But if I could find more about their deaths, I'd be very grateful.
Thanks in advance.

Thank you.

Could you do the same for Eliza?

I have not been able to find an obit for Eliza.

FYI... neither died in Detroit. Oscar died at Grosse Pointe, which is a town in the suburbs of Detroit, but he lived in Warren, Macomb County (next County over from Detroit, Wayne County). Eliza/Elisa is listed as both living and dying in Warren, Macomb County.

I couldn't find any Macomb County papers that covered the time period of her death.

This might help.

In Oscar's obit, it states he is the step-father of Gus Dekien and Adrienne Wancket. Adrienne died in 1989 and Gus in 2002
