If it is an indiviual you are looking for the CWGC (Commonwealth War Graves Commission) web site should have all of the information you need

You can search the CWGC site by cemetery.

https://www.cwgc.org/find-records/find-war-dead/search-results/?CemeteryExact=true&Cemetery=PETERHEAD%20CEMETERY

https://www.cwgc.org/find-records/find-war-dead/search-results/?CemeteryExact=true&Cemetery=PETERHEAD%20OLD%20CHURCHYARD

Note that the default sort order is that incredibly annoying 'by relevance'. How can one result in a burial ground be more 'relevant' than any other? You'll need to tell it to sort by surname A-Z or any other logical order that suits you.

But that will only find the ones who are either buried in or commemorated on stones in one of those burial grounds. It won't find Peterhead men who went missing but were never found for burial, or who were buried somewhere else. And it will find casualties who died in the Second World War and were buried or commemorated in Peterhead.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
