If only it were that easy  ::)  The only thing I can say is that it looks to have been taken in the 1920s
as there appears to be a collar bar around his tie. Is there anything on the back?

How has it come into your possession?  Any clues there?
I came across it among some personal effects. Surrey or Bristol may be pertinent, but beyond that I have no information.

James, could you post the back, please. Perhaps it won't help, but it might. The format, any decoration, any lines, letters or symbols on it can indicate a date range to the dating experts. (Not me ;D)
