I have a birth certificate for a Thomas Robert Edwards born May 1900 in Wolverhampton, parent names Thomas Edwards and Mary Ann Greybank.

I can't find a marriage or anything. Can anyone help please?

Who is little Thomas with on the 1901 census? 

What is the exact wording for the mother on his birth certificate?

Hinchliffe - Huddersfield Wiltshire
Burroughs - Arlingham Glos
Pick - Frocester Glos

Mary Ann Edwards formerly Greybank

I haven't got Thomas Robert in 1901. I have him in 1939 with his date of birth which matches the birth certificate I have just ordered.

Family sources say he was Welsh from the Rhondda but he was definitely born in Wolverhampton. He married Violet Holland in 1919.

What did he put for his status ie bachelor or widowed?  Or was that the son - I was thinking the father.
