Q1 where was the Military Establishment/Fort and would there be a military record someplace???
Q2 I could not find any information on the alleged father Karl Leopold, he never married Dorothea as she died 1862 as Drenkhahn, I could not find any more Kids.
Born July 20, 1821 in Kogel, of illegitimate birth.
Baptized in Breitenfelde.
Mother : Dorothea Drenckhahn.
Father : allegedly Karl Leopold, a private tutor.
Karl Friedrich, an illigitimate child born in Kogel
he was housed in Borstorf and was brought here on the 25th,
same day, to be baptized.

according to the attestation of Herr Doctor Wächter in Ratzeburg
