PharmaT’s special project
« on: Friday 28 July 23 09:31 BST (UK) »
I wasn’t sure where to post this thread, but hope this board is appropriate.

As many of you might know, PharmaT has been spending some time away from rootschat.

Despite going through a stressful few years whilst continuing to work and care for her girls, she has also been very busy with various ongoing projects, and has now had a book of her poetry published. What an achievement.

The book is available (for preordering) through Amazon:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Finding-Voice-Shona-Campbell/dp/9357440852/ref=sr_1_18?crid=1SM4EBDYVFCAO&keywords=shona+campbell&qid=1690291166&sprefix=shona+campbelll%2Caps%2C81&sr=8-18

Please spread the word, especially to any relevant help type groups you may know of. I’m sure PharmaT would appreciate any support (and sales). This book will also be of particular interest to any Scots speakers.

Thank you  Ruskie for posting this

PT certainly has had a rough time   she is talented and has worked hard to produce this book as well as full time work, looking after her girls and keeping  house  i hope she does well, she deserves it

What an achievement for PharmaT especially as life has been so tough for her and her girls.

I have put the book on order and look forward to reading it.

Give her my love and hugs.

I was only thinking about Pharma the other day and wondering if she is alright.

Pharma has been through some tough times, but has kept going. She is obviously stronger than she thinks.

It must be hard work producing a book, let alone one on poetry!!

Well done Pharma T, you deserve the success.

Lovely words LM, Dorrie and BillyF. I sent Pharma a link to this thread so she will be able to read these posts.

I think Pharma is stronger, braver and more courageous than any of us realised.

I’m so pleased to hear that PT has had a book published… especially a poetry one, a more difficult medium for sure.

Thank you Ruskie for drawing our attention to it and please pass on my good wishes to her and I wish her every success, she certainly deserves it, an inspiration to us all.

It’s on my list for pre ordering from Amazon.

I'm so pleased to hear this. That's a great achievement for PharmaT, so inspiring. 👏  Hoping this is the start of many good things happening for her, she deserves it after all she's been through.
