This is from a Sussex Caveat/Citation Book dated 1630 on Ancestry.  I can make out the name Richard Hopkin of Amberley on line one and Thomas Lucas on line two and there is another name after that.  Would appreciate if someone is able to translate all four lines for me please.  Many thanks

Richard Hopkin of Amberley in the Archdeaconry of Chichester was cited to respond to Thomas Lukas, the collector for the vicarage of Amberley aforesaid, in a certain cause regarding the withholding of tithes or other ecclesiastical duties.
