Where would I find a burial record for an adah Townsend as she died in 1913 Burnley workhouse. (
Died at the union infirmary (workhouse) 118 Briercliff Road

Try Council Archives, not sure where they would be but perhaps a Record Office.

Don’t assume that died in the workhouse means buried at or by the workhouse. I had a person who’s entry states something to the effect “body buried by friends”.

Her burial isn't in the Burnley cemetery records via family search org, perhaps she's buried with her husband
