As I said before, I dont have her marriage certificate. Either way, could this be George on page 432, Line 29?

I know why the dates differ now. This is because of the Julian Calender being used in Greece, it was 12-13 days behind.

Edit:

These are Rhodes Island's Marriages:

Perhaps you could contact a local church to see if there are baptism records?
I looked for Rhode Island but the link goes to the main site. You will need to search within the site.

This might be an interesting read for you - it is a download so you will just have to search
‘The Greek People in Rhode Island 1893-1993’ - some background.

Not sure what that has to do with the ship sailing from Naples on the 13th October and arriving in Boston on the 31st, even today it can take around the same amount of time to do that trip

This is what I meant.

Because he was Greek, his birth date would be in Julian Calendar Format, which was 12 days behind in the 1800s (then later in the 1900s, 13 days behind).

Also, you must include the fact that leap years were not included in the Julian Calendar.

This matters as it explains why his birthdate differs from May 16th to June 12th as Americans used the Gregorian Calendar. Along, with the immigration date as October 31st (subtracted by 13) is October 18th using the Julian to Gregorian Calendar conversion. Also the same for when he left as October 13th (subtracted by 13) is October 1st using the Julian to Gregorian Calendar conversion.

He was probably told in Greece that he would be arriving on October 18th, 1903 instead of October 31st, 1903.

Is there a way to find more about Katherina Mary nee David?

This is just some information you might want to note. It may/not be useful.

1910 your family are living at 32 Pawtucket Avenue.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MPXM-TT6

At the same address but listed separately, there is a Leo family - Mary, a widow and her children.
If you look at the page, you can see that ‘Leo’ is written over another word. It might be ‘David’.

There is a draft registration card for George Leo, of 54, Pawtucket Avenue in 1917. https://www.rootschat.com/links/01sjz/
