Is there a way to find more about Katherina Mary nee David?

This is just some information you might want to note. It may/not be useful.

1910 your family are living at 32 Pawtucket Avenue.
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:MPXM-TT6

At the same address but listed separately, there is a Leo family - Mary, a widow and her children.
If you look at the page, you can see that ‘Leo’ is written over another word. It might be ‘David’.

There is a draft registration card for George Leo, of 54, Pawtucket Avenue in 1917. https://www.rootschat.com/links/01sjz/

The David’s were most likely born in Greater Syria (Was the Ottoman Empire until 1918, then from 1918 to 1944 was Greater Syria, then from 1944 to now is Syria).

I disclosed Lebanon as not their origin as it was its own country in 1950, but for Katherine and her sister, Jennie, it lists their birthplace as Syria.

Please tell what you think about this conclusion.

In the records I quoted, the name appears to be Leo rather than David  :-\

With regard to nationality, the pamphlet I mentioned earlier ‘The Arabic Speaking People in Rhode Island’ has, in its introduction, an explanation re the Christian people who became known as Syrians.
The settlers in Pawtucket generally came from a different area than those who settled in Providence.
The descendants identify more  through religion - Orthodox as Syrian and Maronite as Lebanese, for example.
That’s just my interpretation from the pamphlet and there is much more to read.

What information do you have about ‘her sister Jennie’?

I know that Jennie married a man called George Kiralla around 1923.

She passed away on July 23rd, 1991 in Los Angeles.

On her death Index, it tells us that her maiden is David also including the birth certificates of her children (in Los Angeles).

You are the only one that can make that decision.  Does the uncle he is going to live with mean anything to you.

I don’t see why that should be George unless you have more information.
I wonder what the annotation above it means?

I just contacted the Pawtucket Coty clerk for if there is a record of George & Katherine's marriage around 1905.
