Gahagan
« on: Monday 31 July 23 11:07 BST (UK) »
I am looking for relatives of this person. She was born in England in 1939  - her father was Joseph Gahagan who died in 1942. Her mother Winifred Lilian remarried Ian D A Harman and they then sailed for Australia in 1951. They were living at 10 Arlington St Ringwood. Ian died in 1989. I can find no records for Winifred or the person I am seeking after 1963, when she was listed as a hairdresser. She probably married and not sure if she is still alive.
Thankyou

Rootschat has a strict no living persons policy & as this person was only b 1939 she could still be alive.  Any descendants certainly will be so no details could be posted about them

Her name needs to be removed from your post & also from your header.

Winifred Lilian HARMAN died 1985 in Ringwood, Victoria (father William Edward EDISON) - is this your Winifred?

See your reply 3.  Access it & click on MODIFY.  Go to your subject header and delete her christian names but leave her surname.

Maddy needs to do the same then everything is fine

Record of Winifred's death at Springvale Botanical Cemetery.  Her husband was cremated.

I'm pretty sure I've found the daughter's married name and the death of a son which validates her maiden name.  I'll pm the information.
