Marriage Entry Linlithgow in 1705 - help please

Hi there
Could anyone please help me with a full transcription of the attached.  I can see that Thomas Struthers the younger is marrying Elizabeth Smith the relict of Thomas Adam, but I'm not sure what all of the other text is telling me.

I can't make out all of it, but perhaps someone else will fill in the blanks and correct my reading if necessary.

Relict of umqh(ile) Thomas Adams _____ of the Incorporation of the
wrights herein(?) Both in this parish; Alexr Smith Chyrurgeon Apothecary
Burges of this Burgh cau(tioner) for both parties in  ___ forma

umqh(ile) = the deceased, the late
cau(tioner) = person who guarantees the good behaviour of the couple before their marriage
