I have been chatting to mum and she said the man who mentioned her nose was someone they referred to as Uncle Charlie Smith. Also my Aunty remembers going to stay as a child with a couple called Dick and Alice Smith and whilst she was there she was put to sleep in a bed with an old lady. They were some sort of family connection but no one knows what? They lived in Kintbury.

This may fit with the previous post?
Charles Smith born 1872 Kintbury was at the Prince of Wales Inn, Newbury Street, Kintbury.
Bricklayer in the census.
But could also be the Charles Smith, beer retailer, Kintbury, in the 1915 Kelly's Berkshire Directory.

Marriage, Dec 1902 Hungerford 2c 688
Charles Toulouse Smith + Elizabeth Ann Swaine

Two children with them in 1911 census.

Richard's marriage?

A baptism at Kintbury in 1873
Charles Toulouse Smith
mother Harriet

Don't have more details.
There is a suggestion that Harriet was a widow. Her maiden name Brazier.
Husband was George? That may get you to an Ellen.

The same description, "General Servant Domestic", was used for a certain Helen Smith in the 1891 census at Westbourne Grove, Paddington.  She was born in Berkshire - where? - and her age was given as 30. (National Archives, RG12 / 52, page 2).  I suppose she could, potentially, have been made pregnant by Montague William George COSWAY (mentioned above) in Paddington or Wandsworth, then moved to Woodspeen later in 1891.
