Thanks Rosie, but it is the Chandler family I am trying to concentrate at the moment Kind Regards  David

Thanks David, I do realise that I was just trying to establish Amelia’s year and place of birth in case it helped find her after 1871.

Hi Amondg

The deaths would be right and the description of his job would be right, but his son was born in Pancras R D and also married there in 1909.

Kind Regards

David

The only James Chandler with mmn Reed I can see was registered in St Saviour Southwark, as per his baptism in that parish

Is there an Elizabeth Chandler, 60, Hawker, further up the page in 1881? Also in Foxes Court. With the Peters, continued from previous page.

There is this baptism at St Mary Newington, 20 May 1857
Born 4 May 1857
James
Son of William + Elizabeth Chandler
Abode Kent St
Father a Hawker

Hi Jon that would fit except that would have made him only 16 when he married in 1873
