Yes they were living in Foxes Court in 1881.
And, as pointed out, there was also an Elizabeth Chandler, 60, Hawker, on the page.

Charles was baptized in 1848 (he would actually have been 22 in 1871)
James, according to his baptism, was born in 1857!
So a bit of confusion there.
