This is a Court Roll Entry for Amberley in Sussex from 1661. A big ask, but could anyone maybe give me the gist of what is being written here please.  It refers to Anna Hopkins and her husband Richard Hopkins.  Many thanks in advance.

Basically, Anne Hopkins, widow, who holds of the lord of the manor a messuage and one rod of (arable?) land and half a virgate of (non-arable?) land situated in Amberley called Powers, has died since the last court, and Richard Hopkins is the nearest heir and has inherited her holding.
