Can anyone find a obituary please for 1993 in the USA?

Hi,
I don't have access to USA newspapers and I was hoping that someone could please look up the obit of Peter John Douglas BERRY (born 1929, UK), who (according to US Social Security records on Ancestry) died 21 July 1998 in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, California, USA.

I would be very grateful for a transcript of any obit you can find.
