Actually, it looks like Familysearch has the marriage.  This is free to sign up to.

https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:6ZKJ-22CG

Putting in the catalogue number shown 008008438 into a search the venue seems to be Holy Name RC Church, Jesmond. Date of marriage 7 October 1906.
Fathers Jacobi (James) O'Neil and Elliott Dinning.
It seems like you will be able to view the full entry at a FamilySearch venue. This would show names of witnesses and may even give extra info such when & where the couple were baptised.

At the bottom of the record you will also see two of their children's baptisms.

https://diocesehn.org.uk/church/the-holy-name/

Newcastle City library local studies has Evening Chronicle & Newcastle Journal which may show their death notices plus they have most Newcastle cemetery burial records and Cremation indexes - all on microfilm.
Free and no booking required.

That catalogue search shows that image group spans 7 RC churches,
https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&query=%2Bfilm_number%3A008008438

so we can't be sure which is the right one.

The GRO ref says it was in Castle Ward Registration district, which doesn't include Jesmond
https://www.ukbmd.org.uk/reg/districts/castle%20ward.html

It does include Gosforth though and St Charles (which you mentioned earlier) is in Castle Ward Reg District

Back to the FS catalogue, search for Gosforth Northumberland and look at the church records and then you can see records for St Charles RC which are searchable - search the marriages for Isabella Dinning , spouse surname O'Neill and up it pops

https://www.familysearch.org/search/record/results?count=20&f.recordType=1&q.filmNumber=8008438&q.givenName=isabella%20dinning&q.spouseSurname=o%27neill

so they married at St Charles RC, Gosforth

Thanks for sorting that out Boo. :)

If this was at St Charles, Gosforth I think Tyne and Wear Archives will have the entry.

My own Great Grandfather married at that Church.

If the O'Neills stayed in the area there may be a possibility of their burial at Ashburton RC Cemetery Gosforth.  My Great Grandfather lived in the area and was buried there after a ceremony at St Charles.

https://www.genuki.org.uk/big/eng/NBL/Newcastle/Cemeteries/Ashburton

Some O'Neills have memorial inscriptions but it could be possible that like my Great Grandfather they were buried in an unmarked grave - if they are there and not buried elsewhere?

Keiran, if you don't have access to one of the subscription sites for census etc, I'd suggest you register for a free account on Family Search. Once you do that you can search and view records (sometimes images, mostly transcripts).

RTL has already given you a link to the marriage for Isabella and Frank,  this is the link for them on the 1911 census

That 1911 census says Isabella was born c1888, Scotswood.
We aren't allowed to do look ups in the 1921 census, but a free account lets you search and you can find out a lot without paying for the image.
I did a free advanced search for Isabella O'Neill, born 1888+/-2, birthplace Scotswood and got just 1 result. She was living in Jarrow and the only other person in the household was called Frank

Repeat the advanced search,  this time for Frank O'Neill, living in Jarrow, other person in household Isabella
again just one result, A Frank O'Neill, born 1882, Londonderry, Ireland, other person in the household is Isabella.

and this looks likely  from the records of St Bede RC Church
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:N556-42D

NB as its an RC record it may be a funeral record but is likely to say where he was buried -possibly not St Bede's as I am unsure if they had a churchyard but could be Jarrow Cemetery

I wonder too, but so far have failed to find any sign of them.
The opening post has definite death dates for both Elizabeth and Annie, but no mention of their surnames at death or where they died so we aren't able to track back from them.

at the moment I don't think we can help any more, or even be sure that what we have found does relate to the people being sought, without more info about how Keiran has arrived at the details he gave
