Information on MC

Married 01 October 1841 in the Parish of Sutton,.  Wiliam Byrne , Full Age, Bachelor, Lamplighter. Father John Byrne, Weaver. Married Sarah Ann Tomlinson  , Full Age, Spinster.  Father Thomas Tomlinson Mariner.
Witnesses: Thomas Dibb and Mary Tolmlinson

I have found a record of Inmates for Sarah.

Can you somebody explain what this means I cannot read the realting cause of dependence.

Cause of dependence reads as 'Rheumatism'.

Why do you believe this Sarah Ann Tomlinson to be the one whose married surname was Byrne? Do other details tie in and so you believe she has at this point reverted to her maiden surname, and emigrated to the United States?
