Slightly late to join in, but I have two people who normally lived in the Bury/Heywood area, both from well off families and who died in far from home - one in Bournemouth and the other in Ventnor on the Isle of Wight.  Both were suffering from tuberculosis and this was the reason for their being so far from home.

Thanks for that. Yes out by the sea for some fresh air away from the smog of the Mill Towns no doubt.
