Hugh was only 2 years old so it would not be uncommon for a better off family to have a nurse helping to look after the child.

I see that Felix left £1,000 to St Georges Hospital, London when he died.   :-\

I see that Felix left £1,000 to St Georges Hospital, London when he died.   :-\

Thanks for that, I haven’t seen his will. He was a member of a large wealthy family engaged in the Cotton Spinning industry in Bolton during the 19th Century.. Regards Jayhen
