I think Frank(lin) J Redman had a wife Betsy formerly Mansfield, who died in Chesterton in late 1921 - after the census. So he's free to marry again.

Elizabeth marrying Frank Redman certainly looks a good bet...... just a few months after her first husband dies.

It's odd that if Emily didn't marry, we can't find her in 1939.
