Richard Heap of Kendal sent to prison after trial Lancaster Lookup request

Hi there,

Researching the Heap family, in particular Richard born circa 1801 in Kendal. Found a criminal case record showing that on 2 july 1839 Robert was found guilty of Larceny and sentenced to 18 Months imprisonment at Lancaster. Was wondering if the case was reported in the press. Thanks in advance
