Looking at the map you posted, the first short terrace up from the canal would be Bangor Place; then comes Prospect Place, then Pleasant Row, then Sussex Place which takes us to the intersection with Ossory Road.

This is apparently a photo of The Prince of Wales, 10 Pleasant Row, Old Kent Road

However looking at its location on Google maps (Ruby Street) its some distance removed from Wellington Place  :-\

Yup. And a short drive up OKR using Google Maps street view shows these buildings no longer exist.
But the location is quite precisely defined now.
