Ellen Spooner

Hi all, I have already posted about this, but it seemed to hit a dead end and I'm not sure if I should have just left it or posted this post. The previous post was titled 'Spooner's and deacons.'
I have an ancestor named Ellen Jones nee Spooner who was born in 1864 give or take a year in London, Middlesex England. According to a marriage certificate to john jones her parents were William Spooner and Ellen Deacon. A death record also verifies this.
I have information on her life in Australia, but before her migration to Australia...nothing. No birth record, no 1871 census record etc. I would like to find more info on her if possible...but if not, I want to trace the lineage so even records on her parents would be amazing.
There are many Ellen Spooner and William Spooner families that I have looked at, but none seem to match up. I'm thinking maybe an illegitimate birth? Any help would be appreciated.

On the marriage certificate her father's occupation was listed as 'undertaker'

Most of the replies were providing information on her time in Australia which I already had knowledge of. The leads that were posted like Hannah deacon reached a dead end as The names and dates didn't match and the child was showed to die as an infant so couldn't have been Ellen. All of the other leads turned out not to be her as well such as the birth index's didn't match with mother's surname of deacon. Following more through, both parents often didn't match. I have looked at other ancestry trees with Ellen spooner and the families seem to be wrong e.f not deacon but surnames such as Chapman. I also couldn't locate any siblings of Ellen.

When did her parents marry?  Could she be Ellen Deacon her mother may have been married before.

There seems to be no marriage record of an Ellen Deacon and William spooner
