Looking for parents of William Henry Harris

I've found William Henry in the Royal Artillery Attestations collection, and it confirms that he was born in Southampton, Hampshire, but I can't quite read where:

EDIT - added attachment. Could it be Eley? Like Eling, but spelt wrong? Or Cley?

Thank you the RA attestations settles it - must be William H reg New Forest s/o Martha nee Sibley. The location is looking good for him to be descended from one of my Strides - a descendent of W H matches on two Strides

I think it reads Cley, Southampton

It lists wife as Elizabeth Mary Davis

I only knew the William A J b 1920 and Desmond R 1824 - 2017 - two more children.

You probably have this but probate entry for Olive Gwendoline Harris 20 Sanders Road Trowbridge wife of William Henry Harris died 3 Oct 1960.  Admin to William Henry Harris drivers mate.

Thanks, I didn't have that. I thought Pauline Harris was Olive's child, and the marriage was earlier. But I haven't found Elizabeth's death yet. Such common surnames

Baptism index shows Joan to be Joan Mary.

I did not recognise the name 'Cley' as being in Hampshire, so have tried to find it.  No success.

Not convinced that it is 'y', and although 'C' looks like C, Eling would be a better choice.
