The licence for the Robin Hood Inn, Pecket Well was permanently transferred to Valentine George Simpson March 1933 (Todmorden Advertiser and Hebden Bridge Newsletter).

 Heptonstall is partly right but was a 1/4 of Hepton along with Blackshaw Erringden
and Wadsworth
